Sweet Sisters

These girls' grandmother scheduled this appointment, and she was the best.  Doing everything she could to make the appt. (even with one little one not feeling well), brought outfit changes, tons of bows, anything she could think of.  The girls were full of energy and adventurous, but stayed still long enough to get some really pretty pictures!

Miss C's Christmas Portraits!

I love this little cutie.  The last time we worked together the rain poured and we were stuck inside, but amazingly, her pictures turned out beautiful.  This time, she was feeling a little under the weather, but again, she can make something out of what seems to be not much at the time.  So photogenic with those bright blue eyes and soft skin.... I smile just looking at these portraits.

A Crisp, Fall Morning with a Fabulous Family!

Give me a cool, breezy morning over a sweltering hot day for a portrait session anytime!  This time of year is much more pleasant, and I couldn't have enjoyed Saturday more than I did with these 3.  They were so relaxed and easy to work with, had wonderful smiles, and little man was so adorable and well behaved!

So thrilled to get this request.... I went to college with Michael and Marie.  We were great friends back then, but haven't kept in touch much since, and it was great to reconnect this way!  They are very excited about their new addition, and it is so clear that they are going to be awesome parents!

Busy Little Guy!

The 2nd time around for these clients.....  so glad they called me!  This little boy has the most beautiful brown eyes, and this time I got to photograph the family, too.  He is one busy man, so we were on the go!  Keeps it interesting!  I had several different ideas, so some of the shots are very clean and classic, but I had to play with the vintage looks, too, because of all the interesting textures we had to work with downtown.

A Sneak Peak at a Beautiful Family

I love this family.... had a chance to work with them earlier in the year, and so I was pumped to get to do this again.  They are so pretty, and so sweet.  I feel so lucky every time I have a session like this.  I don't want to post too many, or post any family shots, as they will probably be used for Christmas cards, but couldn't resist sharing a few!  And this place.... I feel at home here, so peaceful and quiet and perfect for family portraits.  I use it a lot, but always find new ideas every time I am there.

Ms. P is 8 months.... Fun Fall Session

The months are flying by, and I can't believe she will be a year old before we know it.  She is always gorgeous, no matter what the theme, color scheme, location, etc... and we kept it pretty simple this month.
