My Channing is Turning 6!

These are a few I snapped of her one evening for her 6th b-day invitation.  It is a tea party theme, and since she loves her babies, stuffed animals, and dressing up, this was actually fun for her... not just me!

We have had the privilege of moving ALOT over the past few years, and the perk of that is all the new people you get to meet along the way.  We recently met this family, and realized we lived only a block from them.  We love them, and these are the sweetest, prettiest girls!

Old Friends!

I'm not gonna lie... summer sessions aren't the easiest.  It is sooo hot lately, and we had to push this appointment out to 7:30, and even then it was bright and hot.  But these 3 were great sports!  They smiled through the sweat, and through the mud that I accidentally made them trek through!  But it really was fun to play with the light of the sun just beginning to set.  They are beautiful kids, and Paxton and I knew their parents in college and were so excited for the opportunity to see them!   This gave us the perfect excuse!    

Farmer's Market Finds!

Spent a day last week stocking up on fresh veggies.... then we cooked with them during the day and took some colorful pics that evening just before bed.  The kids had a blast shucking their corn!

I got the chance to take my little friend's pics for her 3rd B-day!!!  She is ADORABLE and this was the first time she ever smiled and posed for me.  Love you Sadie!!

Grayson Turns 1!!!

I offered to do these several weeks ago, and between kids' schedules, my schedule, and Paxton's schedule, I never could get away long enough to do them, or to even find a good spot for them.  We were out eating one night and I saw this wall and bench at the restaurant, and thought, this is the perfect spot for a bright, happy 1 year portrait, and for a few family shots!  So we met up for 30 minutes on a Sunday morning and got these knocked out.  I was WORRIED because Grayson is ON THE GO and sitting still was not an option.  I really wasn't sure what we ended up with.  But to my relief there were many more than I expected.  Good thing he is cute :) !  Thank you Laura for waiting FOREVER for me to deliver them to you!   Here are a few of my favorites.
