A Baby Girl on the Way!

These gorgeous boys are waiting for a new baby sister, and I was so happy to have the chance to take portraits of this family!  They are friends of ours, and I hope they will love these!

R Family Portraits

Sometimes you have those portraits you just can't wait to edit and post because you know it's going so well from the start of the session to the end.  This family has given me that both times we have met.  They are just pretty, happy, and so nice and easy to work with.  It was also good to get away from the color red for a few minutes.... as much as I love the holiday colors, I like to change it up a little now and then.... keeps things a little more interesting!

Sweet Sisters

These girls' grandmother scheduled this appointment, and she was the best.  Doing everything she could to make the appt. (even with one little one not feeling well), brought outfit changes, tons of bows, anything she could think of.  The girls were full of energy and adventurous, but stayed still long enough to get some really pretty pictures!

Miss C's Christmas Portraits!

I love this little cutie.  The last time we worked together the rain poured and we were stuck inside, but amazingly, her pictures turned out beautiful.  This time, she was feeling a little under the weather, but again, she can make something out of what seems to be not much at the time.  So photogenic with those bright blue eyes and soft skin.... I smile just looking at these portraits.

A Crisp, Fall Morning with a Fabulous Family!

Give me a cool, breezy morning over a sweltering hot day for a portrait session anytime!  This time of year is much more pleasant, and I couldn't have enjoyed Saturday more than I did with these 3.  They were so relaxed and easy to work with, had wonderful smiles, and little man was so adorable and well behaved!

So thrilled to get this request.... I went to college with Michael and Marie.  We were great friends back then, but haven't kept in touch much since, and it was great to reconnect this way!  They are very excited about their new addition, and it is so clear that they are going to be awesome parents!

Busy Little Guy!

The 2nd time around for these clients.....  so glad they called me!  This little boy has the most beautiful brown eyes, and this time I got to photograph the family, too.  He is one busy man, so we were on the go!  Keeps it interesting!  I had several different ideas, so some of the shots are very clean and classic, but I had to play with the vintage looks, too, because of all the interesting textures we had to work with downtown.
