Oh, How I will miss Jadyn and Patyn!

This REALLY was my last session before leaving San Antonio..... I can officially say that now.  The girls' mom has become such a wonderful friend of mine, and I have taken Patyn's pics every month since she was born.  The day we did these... it was cold, cloudy, and drizzly.  But really- the very best conditions for lighting, even though not the most comfortable.  It was also not the best time of day for the girls.... but somehow, we ended up with some beautiful pictures!

A Cute Little Cowboy Turns 3!

This was the easiest session ever.... we just whizzed right through with this good natured little guy and pretty parents.  Happy Birthday!

Baby Evan.... And My last San Antonio Session

I decided that this will be my last session here..... seriously this time. I had planned to work up until Maddox's big arrival, but now with the thought of preparing for baby, moving 6 hours away, and taking care of my 2 kids, I just don't have much time or energy left for anything extra.  But, I was glad to get to finish with friends that just had a BEAUTIFUL baby boy just 8 days ago!  He really is perfect.... even though poor Mom and Baby only slept about an hour the night before this session.  Am I really about to do that again???!!!!  But holding him, hearing his little sounds, and smelling his new baby smell-- nothing really beats that.

The H Family

I always look forward to working with this family, and we actually squeezed this session in at their home on New Years eve morning.  Everything would have been perfect (perfect scenery, lighting, clothing, etc...), except the wind started blowing about 50 miles an hour (okay, a bit of an exaggeration) 30 minutes before we got started.  We did our best to work with it, and I still think we ended up with some beautiful shots.

I have had boys on my brain.... every mom I know is expecting a boy, I am expecting a boy, and finally a beautiful couple less than 6 weeks away from the arrival of a baby girl!  These pics... I don't know,  I probably could have posted 40, because I loved them all.  They are just a gorgeous couple and seemed so happy, I truly enjoyed the session!
